Upcoming Events
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing with Luna Skye Welness.
Our transformative gatherings are crafted to nurture connection—within yourself and with others. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for yoga, settling into stillness through meditation, immersing in a soul-stirring workshop, or braving the invigorating embrace of a cold plunge, each experience is an invitation to come home to your body, breath, and community.
Join us to reconnect with your nervous system, awaken your inner light, and explore new dimensions of healing. Every offering is rooted in presence, play, and collective care—held in a space where you're met exactly as you are.
Becoming part of the Luna Skye Kula means more than attending events. It’s about belonging. It’s about showing up for yourself and each other, co-creating a space where we rise, rest, and heal —together.
Wild Cold Plunge & Social
NEW LOCATION since we had to break 2” thick ice last Sunday
Turn left / North after bridge on the 1A. Go to end to boat launch & park. Access to ghost river on left hand side of launch, a small beach. I will have a propane fire pit going and a thermos of hot chocolate.
What people usually bring:
-Bathing suit + towel (or shorts and tank)
-Warm, cozy layers for after — hoodie, sweats, big socks
-Easy slip-on shoes for getting in/out of the water. Crocs, water shoes etc
-Optional but lovely: hat + gloves
-Don’t forget an open mind and sense of humour, I hear it helps! Haha
The “how do we do this without looking ridiculous?” part:
Most of people wrap up, toss on a big hoodie or robe, and sort themselves out after
Some do a super-speedy change outside… others absolutely do the awkward car-change wiggle — zero shame, we’ve all done it
Crank it up a notch and bring something warm to sip after — tea, broth, hot water — it hits the soul different.

New Moon Meditation
Join us for this special New Moon Meditation and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, we will plant the seeds of our intentions, nurture our goals, and welcome the new opportunities that lie ahead. Using the lunar cycle as simply a format for this class, each participant will be provided with a small journal and prompts to reflect on at the beginning of class. We will then go into a gentle yoga practice; focusing on rooting ourselves in the intentions we are setting with the new moon.
This is a time for releasing the past, reflection and goal-setting, focusing on what you’d wish to manifest in the coming weeks. During savasana, an oracle card will be handed out to each participant to refelct on as we close our practice. There will be a follow up full moon meditation to close this lunar cycle and provide opportunity to reflect on what manifested in your life and in your journal.
This powerful full moon mediation is the first of an optional 2 part series. You can choose one or both of theses classes, either way will be an impactful experience that we are grateful to share with you.
Why Attend?
Fresh Start: Embrace the new moon's energy to set new intentions and begin a fresh cycle of growth.
Community Connection: Connect with like-minded individuals who share your journey of transformation and renewal.
Personal Growth: Reflect on your progress and gain clarity on your path forward.
Healing and Renewal: Release old patterns and embrace new opportunities for healing and growth.

Follow-Up Full Moon Meditation
To close out the lunar cycle, we invite you to join us for a Full Moon Meditation in the weeks ahead. This follow-up event will provide an opportunity to reflect on the intentions set during the new moon, celebrate your progress, and release what no longer serves you. Together, we will harness the illuminating energy of the full moon to bring clarity and fulfillment to our goals.
Giving Back
A portion of your investment is dedicated to a “Karma Kollective” meaning we will be collectively selecting a non profit that could benefit from a portion of the proceeds of these 2 workshops.
