The Sanskrit word vamsa (वंश) translates to "lineage," "family," Family yoga classes are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all ages and abilities. Our STROGA classes combine the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the muscle-building and endurance benefits of strength training. BROGA is a yoga class specifically designed for men, offering an inviting and accessible introduction to yoga practice. We coined the term "Broga" as a blend of "bro" and "yoga," reflecting its focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment for men to explore the benefits of yoga. Broga fosters a sense of camaraderie and community among participants. It's a space where men can connect, support each other, and share their experiences, creating a sense of belonging.
